Thanks for your post! The casement window operator you have here appears to be the 39-435 Roto Single Arm Operator but you'll need compare the dimensions to confirm. If the length of your arm differs, please let me know its exact measurement, written out.

I've tagged the opposite handed version along with the other compatible hardware and accessories below. Be sure to double check that you don't need to replace any of them.

Apologies for the delay in my response. I sincerely appreciate your patience.

I have good news! Our senior experts were able to do some digging and we were able to locate an exact replacement for this operator. Given the offset in the operator arm, it would be best to use a direct replacement to make the repairs.

That being said, we have already request to bring in left and right handed versions of this exact operator. The new operators will be white but there is a black cover sold separately that can be used for the operator. We've also requested to bring in the left and right versions of these along with black folding handles.

The typical lead time is 5-6 weeks (give or take). This timeline could possibly be effected due to the holidays.
