Thanks for posting. Please confirm that the metal channel, not including the attachments at either end, is 25" long. If so, see our S351-25 or S390-25. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare each with your old balance to see what matches best. If you have a stamp code on the balance of '24 3', then will need a stamp option of 2430.

Stamp says 24 C what stamp option should i use.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If your stamp reads 24 C instead of 24 3, then you'd still use our 2430 option. You can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure this is correct.

Discussion D141955 I received a reply that said a new 9" series 390 would be added to your inventory. At least that is the way it looked to me. If so when will it be made available. I need 4 plus about 10 others that you have available already. I was hoping to order them at the same time. Thanks in advance Michael.

I'm afraid I couldn't find that discussion ID. Can you confirm the number?

I'm not sure what you were told, but I think you may have misunderstood. We have no plans to add a 9" balance to our catalog as a standard part. These always have to be a custom order because of their extra small size.

I can email you an order link for 4 of these, but before I do that I will need to know what the number printed on the balance reads. Also keep in mind that these will have a lead time of approximately 6 business weeks, since they need to be made from scratch.

A quick learner says:
ok thanks
A quick learner says:
Tom it says 840 on channel and I would like to order 4.

Great! I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for 4 of these. Let me know if you have any questions.
