Is the subject info. enough for you to identify the correct replacement part?
The channel is 1/2" x 1/2" and is 24" long. The shoe is approximately 1 1/16" deep. The shoe and upper plastic piece are both winged.

Yes, actually, I suspect S385-25 (2440) matches your balance. Check all the details. It's unusual for a balance with those markings to measure 24". Check your measurement. It should be 25".
