Question

I need two channel balance replacements for 24 4 GN Caldwell. I have identified them as Series 351 (25"), Top Guide 19-002, and Shoe 15-002, with the 2440 option (19-24 lbs.). Is this correct?

That sounds about right. Measure your bottom shoe to be sure of its identity. If the bottom nylon balance shoe depth is 1", you are correct to choose the S351-25 and a spring weight option of 2440. To be sure of that weight option, weigh the window sash. 2440 would be correct if the sash weighs 19 to 24 pounds.
