Window Balance 23 5 GP Caldwell

Need help identifying the correct replacement. Window is 16 years old. 23 5 GP Caldwell are the only markings. Non-tilt window. 1/2 " wide.

I can tell from the shape of the attachments that you have Series 380 or Series 385 balances. Take a measurement of the bottom shoe, as shown below, to choose which. Series 380 has the 1" shoe and Series 385 has the 1-3/32" shoe. Then, you can choose S380-24 or S385-24 due to the 24" length of the metal bar. Finally, weigh your window sash to choose a required "weight option."
