24" Sliding Window Rollers

My window jams & will not stay in track evenly. Please see attached pics (top & bottom views). Please advise if you think you carry the parts to help.

Looks like you have a Keller or Acorn sliding window. Our 87-016 roller looks to be a match, but please compare our dimensions to yours in order to confirm.
