24" balance need two asap
Thanks for posting. I am confident we can replace this channel balance, but we'll need a little more information to narrow down what kind you are working with. First, please confirm that the 24" length you report is just the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at both ends. Second, please show us the code stamped on the metal channel. If you do not see one, check the other balance from this window.
Finally, this may be a Series 380 Channel Balance, but I want you to confirm the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. The depth is the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. The Series 380 has a shoe depth of 1"; it is possible yours is less than this. Please let us know precisely what the depth is before proceeding.
