24" channel balance

Question

Hello, I am not sure what the series # to get for replacement channel balance that is 24" long and 1/2" wide (9/16" measured). The stamped on the balance is 86 23-3 1B5 CMC 61.
The window sticker is Code: ALS, Rating: H-LC25, Series: 580, MST: 12060. Warranty info: 143-387950, PO: 6517, 02/02/07 (manufacture date?). We need 4 replacement channel balance.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this. It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts.

Can you upload photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below? It should be 1" or 1.088" deep.
