Trying to identify this part for replacement. I belive it is the 380 channel balance.

You're correct. S380-24.

As for the stamp option, you have "2305." The lowest we have is "2310." Let's be safe. Weigh your window sash and let me know what you get.

That is surprising. "2305" is usually for incredibly light windows. It's possible that "2305" is actually a garbled up version of "2350," maybe. 2350 is better for windows above 20 lbs.

In the end, I'm thinking the balance may be mislabeled. You'll need to get the exact weight to choose the correct option, unfortunately. If I were to work based on a guess, I couldn't guarantee my own recommendations.

I dont have a scale but I would say they weigh 20lbs. They are double pane 4?x2? sashes.
