24" sash replacements

Hi, I'm wondering if you have replacements for this? We need two (for one window). The metal channel is 24" long and the text on it says 23 4 CL Caldwell. Thanks!

Hey there. Start by looking at the S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between the two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2340.
