Hi, how do I know specifically which part to order? The stamp says 2430. Thanks

Hello there!

It appears you have either our S351-25 or S390-25 channel balance, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Our Series 351 has a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe so you'll need to measure as shown below to see which one matches best. You will also need to select the 2430 spring strength option.
