2430D Channel balances

Question

I need several channel balances for repair of window. Current channel balance is stamped 2430D with a BS near it, 25 inches long without attachments, 1/2 inch wide, bottom shoe depth is 1 inch, no wings on top or bottom shoes.. From your site, I think it is like your 351. Is this correct? I also need sash guides but am unsure of 18-009 or 18-018; mine is 1.5 inches long x 5/8 wide with a top length of 0.5 inches. Which one is correct? What is your return policy if I am not correct? How long to ship? This is for a vacation house in Florida so I will only be here another week or so and then return to North Carolina. I am trying to decide when to order based upon delivery and return time (Florida address or North Carolina address to return to Florida in March)

Thanks for posting. Based on the information provided, I agree the S351-25 is correct. You'll need a stamp option of 2430. As far as the Top Sash Guides go, it comes down to all the dimensions listed, including the distance between the holes and the top of the guide. Compare everything listed in the pictures for both the 18-009 and 18-166 and see which, if either, best matches your old guide. If uncertain, please send pictures of your old guide to us for review.
