Keeper for sash lock : SWISCO.com

I need these two to match in size. Lock fits. keeper does not.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to get started. If you could write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your original lock and keeper, we can go from there. Thank you.

The piece with the lock on it fits perfectly so the smaller one that catches the hook should match up. These were both ordered from you and I just tried to find one that would work. The total size should be 2 2/16 and the holes are exactly in line with the correct piece.

I see that you purchased the 90-298 sash lock, which is commonly used with the 90-282 recessed keeper. The elongated installation holes would also accommodate 2-1/8" mounting holes, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. If you could show us the original keeper used with your lock, that may help us troubleshoot the problem for you.

Here the more photos. The latch piece doesn't fit in the cut out area.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a keeper that would lie flat in the window frame as shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
