24"x42" window upper hinge assembly

Looking for upper hinge assembly. Swing arm is 5-1/2" long, bracket on top of window is 7-1/2" long and frame piece is 10" long.. Window swings from the left side looking out.

Hi Mike,

Take a look at our 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base. We recommend this to customers in need of casement hinges all the time with great results. We also have the stainless steel version 36-004-10 if you could benefit from extra defense against moisture and rusting. Thanks for posting!
