Question

no name on crank looking for new crank handle also i need the window track plastic slider (about 4 of them) the lower right plastic slider for the slider broke. I was trying to figure out why the window will not close enough to lock it closed. only closes to about 3 inches then stops cranking before you can lock it closed. any help would be really appreciated thank you in advance. also window 4 is the left side with the correct plastic slider that is about 1 inch long.

Looks like you need a new operator and hinge. The bad news is that this is an older window and all the parts you show here are obsolete and no longer made.

The only thing we can still supply is the operator base, for which you can use our 39-092. We also sell the 39-091 for the opposite side.

The hinge is trickier. We may have a modern replacement for this, but before I recommend anything I need you to tell me the length of the base track that screws to the sash.
