25" 2440R balance rods, request help identifying guides

Hello,

I'd like to buy the parts to replace my bad balance rods, but I cannot identify the guides. Could you assist me?

The rods are 25" long, 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep.

These photos are great, thank you. Please take a look at our S351-25 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-002 balance top and 15-002 bottom balance shoe. Carefully compare your nylon fittings with ours to determine this balance is a match. If everything looks correct, then you can go with the 2440 option that holds a sash weight of 19-24 pounds.
