I have two channel balances to replace. They are 9/16" so are 1/2" and marked as "25 3 FK CALDWELL".
Top looks like 19-005 but I do not see a bottom that matches.

If you're having difficulty identifying the bottom shoe, take a few quick photos and upload them so we can take a look. You can also submit some photos of what you've identified as our 19-005 attachment so we can confirm that for you.

Can you ID the replacement balances from these photos. This is a 22 lb sash.

Hi Chuck,
It looks like your balance has our 15-004 shoe and our 19-005 top, see S385-26.
Based on the weight of your sash, we have determined you will need the stamp option 2540 which can handle sash weights between 19 and 25lbs.
