25 3 KO CALDWELL channel balance question

Question

I'm having trouble finding an exact match for this channel balance.

It's a non-tilt window.

"25 3 KO CALDWELL" is the marking.

The metal piece is 26" long, 1/2" wide.

the top looks like a 19-005 and the shoe 15-004.

If this is a custom configuration, does it make it much more expensive?

Yes, it does look like you have the 19-005 and 15-004 balance attachments. We just added this balance series, S385. You will need to order the S385-26 with the option of 2530. Let me know if you have any further questions.
