Hello,
I need to replace the broken channel balance. It is 1/2" wide 26" long.
The broken part is stamped "25 4 HQ CALDWELL". What is the correct replacement model?

Hello,
Based on your photos, we believe you can use the S385-26 channel balance with a bottom shoe depth of 1-3/32". The spring weight based on your (25 4) stamp will be our 2540 for a sash weighing between 19-25 lbs. Thanks for posting!
