25 5 BSI RN channel balance for PGT windows

Question

Help finding the correct channel balance for Single Hung PGT-4000 window please.

(Window model number PGT 6SHSTKR)

Existing channel balance is stamped with 25 5 BSI RN

Channel measures 26" long and width 9/16"

I understand that I will need the weight of the sash to make the final choice but if you can get me started on the general part number, then I will select the matching weight once I weigh the sash. Thanks!!!

Hello! I am confident that we can help. Based on your photos, I'd start by looking at our S395-26 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. As long as these match up then you should be good to go.

I would also recommend the 2550 stamp option, when prompted.
