25 5 LQ CALDWELL balance replacement

PLease help me out. Your website is helpful but all the end parts look the same to me.

I have a balance that I need to replace. It is ink stamped 25 5 LQ CALDWELL.
The metal shaft is 1/2 inch wide and 26 inches long.

Good morning! Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our S385-26 channel balance. Does this appear to match your own hardware? I also recommend the 2550 stamp option, which can carry a window sash weight range of 25 through 28 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within that range?

Please keep in mind that the weight range information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
