Window Balance 24 4 EJ

Question

It has the numbers 24 4 EJ on the metal piece which measures 25 inches from one point of metal to the other. It is 1/2 inch wide and from non-tilt window.
There is a white plastic on one end and a black metal piece on the other end which
kind of tapers to a point.
The window sash weighs 20 lbs.
I was looking at S351, but not sure if it would work since does not look like the black metal piece on one end.

Don't worry about the color of the nylon ends. What matters most is their size. The Series 351 comes with the 19-002 an 15-002, so as long as the size and general style of these parts match what you have then you should be good to go.
