2500 Series Window T-lock Balance

Hi. My name is Fabio and I have the 2500 series in my living room. As I can't the same balance shoe like the picture is showing,. my question is: can I replace for a T-lock 15-194. Help me please

Unfortunately, you cannot use our 15-194 to repair this balance. This is an old type of balance no longer made. We can replace the whole thing, but it will need to be a custom order.
