25DS36 Sash Window Channel Balance

Question

I need several sets of the sash window channel balances. The metal frame is 25.5"

I have no idea how to replace the plastic parts. I'd rather just replace the whole balance. However, the hook comes off the very bottom, not in the middle of the plastic bottom part. From the top of the metal to the top of the hook (where the hook is attached to the plastic) is 26-1/8"

The number on the balance is 25DS36 Then sideways is g.R.I. then there is RE in smaller letters.

Do you have something complete that I can order.

I'm not sure what it is you have. That stamp only tells us the strength rating of the spring, it's not otherwise used for identification. Can you remove the balance from the window and show me a clear picture of the top and bottom nylon attachments, as well as the hook at the end of the cord?
