Thanks for reaching out! This looks similar to our 23-233 however, you'll need to confirm the measurements to determine if this is the correct replacement. 

You'll especially want to confirm that the hole spacing on your tabs in 3" along with the other measurements shown. There is a chance you may need to drill a new hole for the installation in case this will not work.

Thanks for confirming the measurements. To be completely honest, given the measurements you confirmed, I am less certain that the 23-233 would work for you. You may be able to find a way to adapt it and it is still worth considering as a replacement but I cannot make any guarantees.

It is possible to change out the wheels and that might be your best option. We sell the 81-236 which is nylon and the same diameter as your exiting wheel. It is also ball bearing which may help to open and close the door a bit smoother. I would also recommend the 81-310 axle kit as well.

We do not sell just that part alone from the roller. It is sold as a complete assembly.

The best option we have is to replace the roller with the nylon wheel and the axle kit.
