Thanks for writing in! I'm not able to identify the balances you need using the channel measurements or the stamp alone, unfortunately. The stamp only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to support but it does not help to identify the series you need.

I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as any that could possibly still be in the window track.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balance appears to be a 26" ribbed channel with a 3/8" width. The bottom attachment should be the 15-230 T-Lock Shoe.

We can supply you with the replacement balance you need but they will need to be a custom assembly.

I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase to confirm pricing and availability. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
