Hi i need help finding the right replacement window channel balance the only markings on it are "26 3 BSI TJ" its 27in long

Thank you for visiting our website. Both our S380-27 and S385-27 look very close to what you're showing us. the difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure your bottom shoe the way shown on the diagram below to pick the best match. For a 1" shoe depth measurement, go with the Series 380 and for a 1-3/32" measurement, go with the Series 385. Whichever one is chosen, will use a 2630 option.
