"26 3 BT CALDWELL" replacement non-tilt window balance

Question

This is a non-tilt window balance, with winged top and bottom guides, marked "26 3 BT CALDWELL" (its internal cord broke). What is the exact replacement part that I would need to order, with winged guides preinstalled? (It is from the right-hand side of the bottom (sliding) window, but reportedly replacing both balances at the same time is recommended.) Thank you!

Thanks for posting! This window balance can be replaced with either the S380-27 or the S385-27. To determine the replacement match, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

I believe you'll need the 2630 stamp option but it is encouraged to double check the sash weight. This stamp will support 13 to 19lbs. It is recommended to replace both balances at once.
