Thanks for reaching out to us! I was able to narrow down your possible replacements to a few balances but there is one more detail I'll need to see. Please provide a photo of the bracket that connects to the spring and the string in the middle of the balance. 

You'll also need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe (front to back); take a look at the diagram below for reference. I would also suggest double checking the length of the metal channel.

Thanks for confirming! Your balance can be replaced with the S380-27. You select the 2640 stamp option.
