26 3 IN Caldwell Window Channel Balance

Question

I'm not finding an imprint on the channel balance to indicate weight. I also have no take-out clips on my window and we can not figure out how to get the window pane out to weight it. Nor do I have a place to install the take out clips. I've included all the information I could find in the photos below. Thank you for your help in locating a replacement part.

Thanks for writing in. See our S385-27 Channel Balance. Just confirm that the depth of the bottom nylon shoe is 1-3/32". It's hard to tell in your photos, but measuring from the heel to the toe of the shoe, just beneath and perpendicular to where the metal channel ends, should give you the answer. If it's shorter, at 1", see our S380-27 instead.
