The length of the metal channel is 27"
It is marked '26-3 JQ CALDWELL'
I'm uncertain about the depth and the width.
The depth is 9/16"
The width of the narrow side is 1/2"
The width of the wide side is 19/32"
Both top and bottom are winged.

Thanks for posting! May I see a photo of the bracket (metal piece) connected to the bottom of the spring? I've narrowed down the possible balance replacements to a few options but I'll need to see that piece to determine the correct balance type.

Thanks for the additional photos! Your balances can be replaced with the S378-27, S380-27, or S385-27. You'll need to confirm the shoe's depth to determine which series is the correct replacement.

I believe you'll need the 2630 stamp option but I do recommend double checking that your sash weight falls between 13 to 19lbs.
