26-3 block and tackle balance

Question

I have multiple windows that the balance is staying up while the window is closed or they are hard to open and close. Our home is a manufactured home built in 2004. The metal channel measures 27" and the shoe is 1- 3/32". I think that I need a 2630 in the 27" series 385 channel balance. My other larger windows have a 26 4 stamp on them and I assume that they will need the 2640 in the same series. Am I correct?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If the bottom shoe is 1-3/32" deep, you'd want the S385-27. If the stamp is 26 3, see the 2630 stamp option.

For the 26 4 balance, you can select the 2640 stamp option.
