26-3 spring balance - Milgard Part BA0963BT

Question

I work at The Home Depot in Bothell, Washington in the Millwork department. A customer has a spring balance that he needs to replace that Milgard has identified as "Part BA0963BT - Spring Balancer 2630." The customer has submitted photos, two of which I've uploaded, as he's concerned the Milgard shoe may be different enough that it won't work in his 20+ year old Milgard window. My Milgard rep suggested we find the part with Swisco, and then direct the customer here to purchase it--as he seems inclined to not accept Milgard's word that their balance will work for him.

Hello there. This looks like either the S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance, the difference being the depth of that bottom shoe. See the picture below. Measure the old balance shoe depth to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2630.
