What is the difference if any between the tilt latch 26-393 and 26-293B?

Hey Chris. The difference is with the locking tabs on the side of the tilt latches. The 26-393 sort of have a plain rectangular shape on the sides, whereas the 26-393B have rounded shapes. This affects how they are compatible with your locking into your sash. See the diagrams below as a reference.
