Thank you for reaching out to us. We can supply replacements for this balance, but it must be a custom order. What makes this custom is the special blue washer that our stock balances lack. Can you confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? It's tough to get accurate dimensions from photos, but it should be 1" or 1.088" deep.

The Series 385 and our other stock balances lack the special blue washer your old balance has that regulates the pulley mechanism. I know that may seem like a minor detail, but it's very important.
I forgot to mention, the window is 32.5"x28.5". Do you think it would make sense to upgrade the balances' weight capacity?
Custom orders are nonrefundable, so they can't be returned or exchanged. The spring strength will be the same as the old balances, so if the 26-4 stamp had worked all these years without issue, we recommend sticking with it. I'm afraid the specifications of the window don't tell us the weight, however.
Our minimum for custom orders is 2. We always recommend replacing the balances in pairs anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster.
