Based on other posts it looks like I need to order the S 385 balance. This is for a non-tilt double-hung window. Let me know if you need more info. I have additional photos but reached the maximum... I'm helping a friend with her window repair.

Hi there!
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2640.

Thanks. It is a 1 3/32 bottom attachment so looks like the 385 / 2640 should work. I ordered a couple.
