Hello,
The existing channel balance has the markings 26 4 BN Caldwell on it. It is 27" long. It looks like I need S390-27 but I don't have access to the window to determine weight and appropriate option. The window sash is double paned with 44 3/4 by 28 glass measurement. Can you provide advice on which option would be best?

Looking at your complete balance, I am more inclined to recommend our S380-27 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. Carefully go over the measurements of the nylon fittings, especially in the bottom shoe, and let us know what you think. If this will work, then you can go with the 2640 option that supports a sash weight of 19-26 pounds.
