Hello! This part is called a channel balance. We sell a wide variety, but the stamp alone is unfortunately not enough to narrow down the list of possibilities. All that tells me is how strong the spring is; it's otherwise unrelated to the configuration.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly what I need.

Thanks for these photos, this is a huge help. I can see the top fitting clearly, but not the bottom fitting. As stated in the video I shared above, we need a clear photo of each fitting in order to ID a match. I will also need to know the depth of that bottom fitting. If you can measure that for me and write out what you get, it would be a huge help.

I'm sorry for the confusion. What you're showing here is the top nylon fitting. We need to see the bottom nylon fitting, which is at the opposite end of the metal channel.

Please also note that we don't need the metal channel depth, but the depth of that same bottom fitting I'm asking for. If you imagine that it's a shoe, this would be the "heel-to-toe" measurement.

Perfect, thanks! With that in mind, my top recommendation is our S385-27 with a 2640 stamp. This has a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, which appear to match the sizes of your originals. The 2640 stamp is also the modern version of your old 26-4 marking. Two balances with this stamp can carry sashes weighing 19 through 26 pounds.
