Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get?

It looks like the tape measure is obscuring the spring connection. Can you show us a clear photo of it without the tape measure?

Thank you kindly! I recommend our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2640 stamp option for your replacements.

OK, I wanted to order two of them. The only problem is I put in 380-27 and it tells me I need to pick an option. I'm confused. I don't know what exactly the options are. They're just numbers. Can you please help me so that I can get these ordered?

Based on your original stamp, you will need a 2640 spring strength option that can support a 19 to 26 lb window sash. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
