26 4 ES Caldwell Balances for Milgard

I have Milgard windows. Weight is 19.5 pounds. Channel width is 1/2" and depth is 9/16". Markings are 26 4 ES Caldwell. The length of balance is 27". What to order?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out with all of your channel balance info. I believe you have an S380-27 or an S385-27. Both of these series have winged top and bottom attachments, but the bottom attachments are slightly different. The Series 380 has a shoe depth of 1" while the series 385 has a depth of 1-3/32", so you'll have to be sure to measure yours. Once you've determined the correct series, you'll choose the "2640 option" to match your "26 4 ES" marking for a sash weight range of 19-26 lbs. Let me know if you have any further questions!
