If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thanks for getting back to us. Your balance appears to have the same connecting point between the spring and pulley as our stock balances. With that being said, the end fittings of the balance shown in your new photos does not have the winged tabs shown in your original photos. 

If both balances have the same connecting point, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance but keep in mind that these are only recommended for balances with the same winged ends. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
