26 4 KO CALDWELL

I need to replace my window channel balancer. It is stamped with 26 4 KO CALDWELL, what should I purchase to replace? Thank you!

Thanks for writing in. We can help you replace this balance, but we need to see pictures of the attachments at either end of the balance to confirm what type it is. The length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments, would also be most helpful. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at either end, is 27" long. If so, see either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. You will need to select a stamp option of 2640. Let us know if you have any other questions.
