26-404 with hole?

HI IM LOOKING FOR A 26-404, BUT WITH A HOLE TO ATTACH A SCREW. I HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES. CAN YOU HELP ME ?

I'm afraid that we have not been able to find a version of the 26-404 with a screw hole. It's possible it is not made anymore. Do the dimensions match up to your existing pivot? If so, I imagine you could always drill the hole you need.
