the old cover's locking tabs are 1/8" thick yours is 3/16"

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of the 26-417 weep hole with a thickness of 1/8" rather than 3/16". You could consider the 26-186 weep hole cover as long as you can drill new holes on either side of the cutout for the installation pegs. Just be careful not to hit the glass in the window.
