26 5 CW CMC 10 Balance replacments

We need to know which ones to order. Ours have the following numbers stamped on them:
26 5 CW CMC 10. They are 1/2 inch wide by 28 in long, including the plastic hardware.

Thank you for posting. I recommend looking at our S385-27 channel balance. This may be what you need but look it over and tell me if you agree.

Thanks. We ordered the S385-27 channel balances and have installed them, but we noticed one of the top sash channel guides is missing on one window. Which ones do we need?

Many different window manufacturers use the Series 385 channel balance, so I cannot determine what top sash guide you need. That has less to do with the balance and more to do with the window.

You say your top sash guide is missing on only one window. Can you remove a top sash guide that you still have and show us a few pictures of it? Can you also give me its dimensions? Thanks!
