26 5 ET CMC 2 window part replacement

Question

I am looking for replacement window channel balance marked 26 5 ET CMC 2. The length of the channel is 27" long without the plastic ends. Also would like to replace plastic ends with new ones as seen in provided photos.

Thank you for contacting us. We recommend either S380-27 or S385-27 based on the shoe size. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please see the photos on the top right.
