26 5 JU CMC 2 Window Balance

Hi, my window balance ID is 26 5 JU CMC 2. There are no other markings.
Channel width: 1/2"
Metal shaft length: 27"
Top plastic foot: 15/16" wide, 1 1/4" height
Bottom plastic foot: 15/16" wide, 1 1/16" width including curved bottom in last photo.

Thanks for posting. I am sure we can help, but to be absolutely safe, can you send me photos of the 'guts' or underbelly of the metal channel? Some balances from the west coast have a special design we have to account for. Once we see whether or not that is the case here we can proceed. Many thanks.

Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. I've attached an underbelly pic. The spring is 16" and the pully mechanism is 9 1/2". Please let me know the model number, I'll order a few because the string snapped on a few balances on my windows.

That's perfect, thanks. This looks like an S385-27 or S380-27 Channel Balance, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. I believe you said the shoe depth was greater than 1"--if that's so, you'd need the S385-27. For a stamp option choose 2650. Let me know if you have further questions.
