26" Caldwell Window Channel Balance

Hello: I have a slide up (not tilt) window that needs to have both side channel balance bars replaced. Here is the number written on the hardware - 26-4-K0 (IMG_1564). I can't seem to find this particular part in your files. Can you help me? Thanks, Sherry

Hello Sherry! From the photos you have shared with us, it looks like you can use the Series 385-27" side load balance with a spring weight option (2640). Let us know how that works for you
