26" caldwell window Balance Stamp 25-5

This balance is stamped 25-5 (with annotations TA 198?). Channel Width appears to be between 1/2" to 9/16" wide. The 15-005 appears to be 1 inch. My reading of your site on these items indicates it is a series 380 1/2" wide channel balance stamp 25-5. Before I order these items, do you agree with my assessment or have a different series in mind?

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Note that this type of balance stamped with 25-5 should have a 25-5/8" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. If so, we'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you.

You are correct that the S380 stock balances would not work in place of your balance since they do not have the same extended travel pulley system needed for your window.
