26" channel balance
Hello, thanks for reaching out to us! I recognize this balance. This is an older style used on hinge-type hung windows, which are not made anymore to my knowledge. The good news is that we can still supply the balances but only as a custom order.
Before we go any further, I had a few questions for you. To begin with, I have to explain the way that these work: because of the hinged nature of this window, the balance on one side of the window is different than the balance on the other side of the window. In other words, your 2530 stamp balance here is going to be different from the one on the opposite side.
Typically the balance other side is the same size at 26", but will have a 2540 stamp and will not have the plastic fitting at the bottom end. Can you please verify that for me?
Can you also tell me how many of each side you needed? We always recommend replacing these in pairs, even if the other side is undamaged. You never want to mix old and new balances.

Sure thing. So to clarify, that's one of each? And can you also verify that the balance on the opposite side matches the specifications I outlined in my previous post? If it differs in any way (and it might), then it won't work.
